If you want to return it, take it back and check it out. They probably didn't intentionally select and send defective or faulty products. However, no one would feel good about receiving a defective product after purchasing it at the price offered by the seller and waiting for a certain amount of time. The product I received had one side that would work intermittently, and when it did work, the rotating part inside made a grinding sound that was annoying to the ears, making it impossible to use. I hope that even with low-priced products, there will be no cases of receiving defective items.
